This beautiful villa is more than a house it is a home.and perfectly situated in the privileged urbanization of Can Pep Simon, just a few minutes from Ibiza Town, Talamanca and Marina Botafoch known for their array of dazzling dining and dancing destinations. When you enter the villa, the warm interior immediately embraces as you walk into a cozy and bright living room with direct access to a fully equipped open kitchen, the terrace with comfortable furniture and a dining area that makes it the perfect place to entertain, relax and enjoy views of Ibiza old town and the sea of Talamanca. As you walk down the stairs you will find 2 double bedrooms, which share a bathroom and a master suite with en suite bathroom.
