A farmhouse with a soul

The main house, carefully restored, retains its original structure from the 14th century. Its traditional Ibizan architecture – white walls, juniper roofs, natural stone and organic forms – has been meticulously respected, integrating bioclimatic and sustainable solutions that maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the year, in a natural way.

The restoration, completed in 2001, was carried out under ecological criteria, respecting local materials and knowledge, and incorporating modern technologies in a subtle way, so as not to alter the original character of the house.

The villa has six spacious and bright double bedrooms, all decorated with a sober, elegant and natural taste. Each room offers open views of the countryside, garden or mountains, and combines original rustic elements with contemporary details.

There are five full bathrooms and a guest toilet, distributed between the common areas and the suites. The two kitchens, completely restored and functional, maintain the traditional spirit of old country kitchens, incorporating high-end appliances and cosy dining areas.

The two interior living rooms, spacious and decorated with local pieces, are ideal for family gatherings, reading, resting or enjoying the absolute calm that characterizes the estate.

An outdoor oasis of 150,000 m²

Surrounded by 15 hectares of private land, the estate is an authentic Mediterranean garden that invites you to disconnect from the world. Almond, fig, olive, carob, orange and lemon trees make up the landscape that surrounds the house, along with areas of organic cultivation and rural paths perfect for quiet walks or meditations at dawn.

The property has two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is ideal for families with children, and a larger one perfect for swimming and relaxing in the sun. The pool area includes sun loungers, Balinese beds and chill out areas with natural shade and unobstructed views.

There is also a private tennis court, ideal for athletes or group enjoyment, and numerous terraces and covered porches from which to watch the sunsets or enjoy alfresco dining.
